梵净山及周边地区大鳞副泥鳅繁殖生物学研究

摘  要:
2015-2016年在梵净山及周边地区随机采集大鳞副泥鳅样本529尾,测量其体长、体重、净体重和性腺重等生物学指标,并对体长相对繁殖力、体重相对繁殖力和成熟系数进行计算。研究表明:大鳞副泥鳅繁殖期为4~7月,盛期为5月。个体绝对繁殖力F范围为2 275~34 375粒,平均为13 177粒,体长相对繁殖力为172~2 261粒/cm,平均为728粒/cm;个体相对繁殖力为117~1 474粒,平均为635粒,体重相对繁殖力为107~1 034粒/g,平均为501粒/g。绝对繁殖力主要集中在2 500~3 200粒,体长相对繁殖力主要分布于400~1 200粒/cm,而体重相对繁殖力主要集中在200~700粒/g。

摘  要:
We have measured several biological indices for 529 samples of Paramisgurnus dabryanus collected random,like the body length,body weight,net body weight and gonad weight ect. We have counted the individual absolute fecundity by mass method,then calculated the body length relative fecundity,body weight relative fecundity and mature coefficient in Fanjing Mountain and the surrounding areas From March 2015 to March 2016. The results showed that the Paramisgurnus dabryanus population took place from April to July,mainly on May. The individual absolute fecundity was from 2 275 to 34 375 eggs,13 177 eggs on average;the body length spawning of relative fecundity was from 172 to 2 261 eggs per centimeter,728 eggs per centimeter on average;the body weight relative fecundity was from 117 to 1 474 eggs per gram,635 eggs per gram on average;It also indicated us that the absolute fecundity was mainly concentrated from 2 500 to 3 200 eggs,as well as the body length relative fecundity was mainly distributed 400 to 1200 per centimeter while the body weight relative fecundity was mainly concentrated from 200 to700 eggs per gram.
