不同温度对两种泥鳅消化道蛋白水解酶活性的影响

摘  要:
研究了不同温度对泥鳅(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)和大鳞副泥鳅(Paramisgumusa dabryanus)胃、肠蛋白水解酶活性的影响。结果表明,温度会影响泥鳅、大鳞副泥鳅小肠和胃蛋白水解酶活性。在pH值7.5时,泥鳅及大鳞副泥鳅的胃最适温度都为45℃,蛋白水解酶活性分别为1005.23、975.6μg·min-1;泥鳅的肠最适温度为40℃,其酶活性为48.7μg·min-1,大鳞副泥鳅的肠最适温度为45℃,其酶活性为78.23μg·min-1。

摘  要:
The effects of different temperature on activities of protease in Misgurnus anguillicaudatus and Paramisgumus dabryanus in stomach and intestine were examed. The result indicated that the temperature can affect activities of protease on two kinds of loaches. The optimum temperatures for protease in stomach on both loaches were all 45℃ when the reaction pH value was 7.5. The activities of proteases were 1 005.23 and 975.6; The optimum temperature of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus in intestine was 40℃, its activity was 48.7 μg·min-1, and the optimum temperature of Paramisgurnus dabryanus in intestine was 45℃, its activity was 78.23 μg·min-1.
