紫草素及其衍生物的生物合成与药理研究进展

摘  要:
天然紫草素类化合物具有消炎、抗菌、抗病毒和抗肿瘤等功效。由于活性广谱,近年来对其研究众多,涌现出大量的研究成果。该文就紫草素及其衍生物活性和生物合成方面近十几年的研究进行归纳和总结,并着重对天然紫草素类化合物与紫草素类合成衍生物的抗肿瘤活性进行比较,从而为紫草素及其衍生物活性的进一步研究提供可能的依据。

摘  要:
Natural shikonin-like compounds possess anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,anti-viral and anti-tumor activities.With these wide-ranged effects,a huge quantity of researches has recently centered on them.In this paper,the past over decade's study of their and their analogues' activities and biosynthesis is reviewed.And a comparison between anti-tumor activities of natural shikonin-like compounds and those of synthetic derivatives has been made.A possible guidance for the further relative study has been provided as well.
