中国出口日本金枪鱼的国际竞争力分析

摘  要：
通过研究中国出口日本金枪鱼的国际竞争力分析中国渔业企业如何在国际贸易中提升竞争实力.基于比较优势理论和竞争优势理论,利用FAO、日本财务省贸易统计数据库、日本贸易振兴机构、WTO等官方数据,计算了显示性比较优势指数、市场比较优势指数和显示性对称比较优势指数三个国际竞争力评价指标.研究发现,中国和日本在金枪鱼出口方面均不具备较强的国际竞争力,中国出口到日本的金枪鱼在日本市场上不具备市场比较优势,但2014年起逐步具有显示性比较优势和显示性对称比较优势.中国对日本金枪鱼出口竞争力的影响因素主要包括供应量、出口价格、关税和非关税贸易壁垒,建议从政府资金和政策扶持、产业组织化程度和企业技术水平三个层面采取相关措施以提升中国金枪鱼产业的出口竞争力.

摘  要：
This paper analyses how China's tuna fishery can enhance its competitiveness in international trade by studying the export competitiveness of China's tuna to Japan. Based on the comparative advantage theory and the competitive advantage theory, using official data from FAO,Trade Statistic of Japan, Japan External Trade Organization and WTO, three evaluating indicators of international competitiveness are calculated, including Revealed Comparative Advantage index,Market Comparative Advantage index and Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage index.Research shows that neither China nor Japan has strong international competitiveness in tuna export.China's tuna export does not have market comparative advantage in Japan market, but it has gradually shown revealed comparative advantage and revealed symmetric comparative advantage since 2014. The influencing factors of export competitiveness of China's tuna to Japan mainly include supply, export price and trade barriers. Corresponding measures can be adopted from the perspective of government, tuna industry and tuna enterprise, to improve the export competitiveness of China's tuna industry.
