黄芪总黄酮对大鼠佐剂性关节炎保护作用的研究

摘  要：
采用弗氏完全佐剂建立大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型,探究黄芪总黄酮(TFA)对佐剂性关节炎(AA)的抗炎作用及其机理。设立空白组、模型组、阳性组及TFA高、中、低剂量组(100、50、25 mg/kg),测定大鼠体重、胸腺和脾指数,ELISA法测定血清中IL-1β、TNF-α、PGE2、OPG、RANKL的含量。结果显示,TFA能上调大鼠的体重,下调脾和胸腺指数,抑制血清IL-1β、TNF-α、PGE2、RANKL和上调OPG的分泌。这表明TFA对AA大鼠起到一定的保护作用,为TFA在临床上的应用提供了可靠的试验依据。

摘  要：
The model of adjuvant-type arthritis in rats was established by Freund's complete adjuvant and the anti-inflammatory effect and mechanism of total flavonoids of Astragalus(TFA)on adjuvant-type arthritis were studied.Rats were divided into blank group, model group,positive group and TFA high,medium and low doses groups(100,50 and 25 mg/kg).The body weight,thymus and spleen index were measured,and the contents of IL-1β,TNF-α,PGE2,OPG and RANKL in serum were determined by ELISA. The results showed that the TFA group rats' weight increased significantly,lower the spleen and thymus index was lowered,inhibit the secretion of IL-1β,TNF-α,PGE2,RANKL was in hibited and the secretion of OPG in sera was increased than model group.The results suggest that TFA could treat adjuvant-type arthritis in rats. It provides a theoretical guidance for application of TFA in clinic.
