黄芪总黄酮对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘  要:
为研究黄芪总黄酮对小鼠免疫功能的影响,测定了小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清溶血素水平、迟发型超敏反应及脾淋巴细胞增殖等免疫指标。结果显示,黄芪总黄酮可明显提高小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清溶血素水平,抑制小鼠迟发型超敏反应,促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖。表明黄芪总黄酮能显著增强小鼠的免疫功能。

摘  要:
To study the effects of total flavones of astragalus(TFA)on immune function in mice,the macrophage phagocytosis function,serum hemolysin level,delayed type hypersensitivity and splenic lymphocyte proliferation of mice were measured.The results showed that TFA significantly increased the macrophage phagocytosis function,serum hemolysin level,suppressed delayed type hypersensitivity,promoted splenic lymphocyte proliferation in mice.These observations indicated that TFA can significantly increase immune function in mice.
