肉鸡腹水症发病机理研究:Ⅲ.低温处理后肉鸡左右心室功能的变化特点

摘  要:
低温处理健康艾维茵肉鸡 ,用 SMUP- 2 A生物信号处理系统测定右心和左心功能。结果表明 :1低温处理后肉鸡肺动脉压呈现显著性升高 ,同时右心室收缩压、内压最大变化数率 ( RV+dp/ dt)也出现升高 ,与对照组相比差异显著 ;与低温处理组、常温对照组相比 ,腹水症患鸡右心室收缩压和 RV+dp/ dt呈显著性升高。肉鸡右心室收缩压与肺动脉压呈线形相关 ( 0 .50 2~ 0 .82 6)。2本试验首次测定了低温处理后肉鸡左心室功能动态变化 ,发现低温处理早期升高不显著 ,35日龄后左心室收缩压显著升高 ,而左心室内压最大变化速率( L V+dp/ dt)从 2 8日龄显著性升高 ,患腹水症的肉鸡左心收缩压和 +dp/ dt都呈现显著性下降。 3低温处理后血细胞压积 ( PCV)从 35日龄起出现显著性升高 ,与肺动脉压升高不同步。本研究证实低温处理后肉鸡右心室功能呈显著性增高 ,而左心室功能则在稍后出现增强 ,在腹水症形成后则出现失代偿现象 ,这提示早期右心室功能增强可能受低温刺激有关 ,而不是肺动脉高压继发的结果。右心室功能中后期受到低温和肺动脉高压双重作用。左心室功能增强与右心室负荷增强相关 ,持续肺动脉高压促进了左心室功能衰竭。血细胞压积升高可能不是造成早期肺动脉高压的主要原因

摘  要:
The ventricular function of Avian broilers exposed to low temperature on day 15 was measured using SMUP 2A Biological Information System Instrument. The results are as follows: ①The pulmonary artery pressure (PAP), right ventricular systolic pressure (RVSP) and RV+dp/dt increased significantly as compared with control groups. The PAP, RVSP and RV+dp/dt of ascites broilers amounted to maximum significantly as compared with treated groups and control groups. ②The function of broiler’s left ventricular was firstly analyzed in low temperature. The LV+dp/dt was elevated on day 28, left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) increased significantly on day 35 after exposed to cold, but did not show significantly in early cold time. As ascite broilers were concerned, the LVSP and LV+dp/dt decreased significantly as compared with treated groups. ③The packed cell volume (PCV) in treated groups risen significantly on day 35 and did not paralleled to the progress of PAP's increasing. The present results also showed that RVSP had highly correlation with PAP(0.502~0.826), but had poor correlation with RV+dp/dt in initial cold stress time. The experiment implied that RSVP and RV+dp/dt increased after exposed to low temperature instead of decreasing, the increasing of RVSP is inspired by cold stress in early time and not by the result of high pulmonary artery pressure. RVSP’s elevation undertakes both cold stress and high pulmonary pressure in middle period and later time. The function of LVSP and LV+dp/dt showed recuperation in middle cold phase. The increasing function of left ventricular may has association with heavy burden in right ventricular. The left ventricular is contributed to development of broiler ascites. The elevation of PCV is not a main cause that triggers the development of high pulmonary pressure in initial cold stress.
