体外消化技术对玉米-豆粕型饲料中添加木聚糖酶作用效果的评定

摘  要:
研究从木聚糖酶生产优选菌黑曲霉FnD5-2出发,制备木聚糖酶,并进行木聚糖酶活力衰变周期测定和体外消化试验。试验结果表明,木聚糖酶在4、25℃条件下,酶活力半衰期分别为30和14 d;体外消化试验表明,在玉米-豆粕型饲料中添加木聚糖酶能显著提高干物质、木聚糖和粗蛋白质消化率,其中木聚糖酶800 U·kg-1能提高干物质消化率12.2%、木聚糖消化率60.2%、粗蛋白质消化率2.6%(P<0.05)。

摘  要:
The research proceed from the high xylanase producing strains-Aspergillus niger FnD5-2 to pre pare xylanase. Determined the irregular attenuated of enzyme activity and evaluated the effect on corn-soybean meal in vitro. The results showed that under 4 and 25 ℃, the half-life of xylanase enzyme activity was 30 and 14 d respectively; the digestion experiment in vitro results showed that the supplementation of xylanase in corn-soybean meal significantly improved the digestibility of Dry Matter(DM), Xylan and Crude Protein(CP), the 800 U·kg-1xyla nase improved 12.2% of DM, 60.2% of xylan and 2.6% of CP in digestbility of corn-soybean meal(P<0.05).
