打叶复烤润叶段水分温度控制模型的建立

摘  要:
该研究利用均匀试验和多元线性回归分析分别建立了打叶复烤润叶段2次润叶的润后水分增加量、润后温度2个指标与各调整参数间的控制模型。结果表明,该模型预测精度较好,能较准确地控制和优化润叶段的润叶效果,从而提高了润叶质量。

摘  要:
Using the uniform tests and multiple linear regression analysis,threshing and redrying condition leaf sec-tion of the control model about the two condition leaf with the run after the water gain,and run after the temperatureof the two indicators with every adjustment parameters were established.Model prediction accuracy was good enoughto accurately control and optimize the condition leaf section condition leaf effect,raise condition leaf quality.
