顺逆流组合式润叶工艺

摘  要:
为改善设备运行状况,减少烟叶浪费,通过对顺流和逆流热风循环优缺点的分析,研究了当前预处理工艺的特点和工艺任务,建立了顺逆流组合式润叶工艺,并考察了其运行情况。结果表明,顺逆流组合式润叶工艺完全能满足梗叶分离工序的工艺要求,一次润叶设备每天仅一次的例行保养即可,减少了烟叶浪费。

摘  要:
In order to improve the operation conditions of equipment and reduce the waste of tobacco leaves,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of downstream and upstream hot-air circulating,as well as the characteristics and process task of current pretreatment technology,the downstream-upstream combined moisture technology was established.And its running effect was observed.The results showed that downstream-upstream combined moisture technology could fulfill the requirements of the stem leaf separation process.One routine maintenance every day was enough for the moisture equipment;and the waste of tobacco leaves was reduced by 250 kg/d.
