银杏叶及野生榛蘑中硒的分布研究

摘  要:
探讨了银杏(Ginkgo biloba)叶及野生榛蘑(Armillaria mellea)中不同溶解态硒的含量分布。比较了2种植物在热水、0.1 mol/L的醋酸溶液、盐酸溶液、EDTA溶液以及氯化镁溶液中硒的浸出率。结果表明,浸提能力的大小不仅取决于浸提的方法,而且还受到浸提溶剂的极性以及浸提时间等因素影响。

摘  要:
The selenium(Se) was analyzed in extraction of the Ginkgo biloba leaf and the wild Armillaria mellea.The Se was extracted by hot-water,0.1mol / L acetic acid solution,0.1 mol / L HCl solution,0.1 mol / L EDTA solution,0.1 mol / L MgCl2 solution,respectively.The results indicated that the extraction ability of solution was influenced not only by the extraction method,but the polarity of solvent and the extracting time.
