荧光法测定荠菜中维生素B_2的含量

摘  要:
[目的]对荠菜不同部位的维生素B2含量进行测定。[方法]在最大激发波长为260 nm,最大发射波长为530 nm条件下,采用分子荧光法分别测定了荠菜的花、茎、叶3个部位的维生素B2含量。[结果]研究表明,荠菜中维生素B2含量最高的是叶子,其次是花,而茎的维生素B2含量是最少的。[结论]研究可为合理食用荠菜及进一步研究利用荠菜提供依据。

摘  要:
[Objective] To determine vitamin B2content in different parts of shepherd's-purse. [Method] Under the maximum excitation wavelength of 260 nm,the maximum emission wavelength of 530 nm,molecular fluorescence method was used to determine vitamin B2content in flower,stem and leaf of shepherd's-purse with. [Result]The results showed that the content of vitamin B2in the leaves is the highest,followed by flowers,and the content of vitamin B2in stems is minimal. [Conclusion]The study can provide a basis for further utilization and research of shepherd's-purse.
