花生饼粕中活性成分的提取及其综合利用

摘  要:
花生饼粕是以脱壳花生果为原料,经压榨或浸提去油后的副产物。花生饼粕中虽含有大量的活性成分,但未得到充分利用,绝大部分花生饼粕仍作为饲料原料利用。本文综述了近年来有关花生饼粕的营养价值、蛋白提取、多肽提取、多糖提取及其他活性成分的提取及利用等研究报道,为花生饼粕的综合利用提供了一定的参考。

摘  要:
Peanut meal is a by-product of the procession of peanut oil extraction.It contains extensively active components,but it is not exploited well because most of peanut meal is used for feed.The extract methods of active components and nutritive value of peanut meal were introduced in this article,the current situation of its use was summarized.The references of comprehensive utilization of peanut meal were provided in this article.
