兰州市城乡居民食物氮足迹测度及其动态分析

摘  要:
借助N-Calculator模型估算了2000-2014年兰州市城乡居民人均食物消费氮足迹,分析了其变化特点与影响因素间的关系。结果表明,城镇居民人均食物消费氮足迹在9.734~12.779 kg(N)/a波动,平均为10.655 kg(N)/a;农村居民在8.810~11.311 kg(N)/a波动,平均为10.194 kg(N)/a。城镇居民人均食物消费氮足迹与社会经济因子恩格尔系数、食物价格指数呈负相关,与人均可支配收入呈正相关;农村则相反。

摘  要:
Per capita food nitrogen footprint of urban and rural residents from 2000 to 2014 in Lanzhou was estimated using the N-Calculator model, and its characteristics change and the relationship with factors was analyzed. The results showed that, the per capita food nitrogen footprint of urban residents fluctuated between 9.734 to 12.779 kg(N)/a, average of 10.655kg(N)/a; and it fluctuated between 8.810 to 11.311 kg(N)/a in the rural area, average of 10.194 kg(N)/a. The per capita food nitrogen footprint of urban residents were negatively correlated with the Engel 's coefficient and the food price index, and was positively correlated with per capita disposable income; the per capita food nitrogen footprint of rural residents was positively correlated with the Engel's coefficient and the food price index, and was negatively correlated with per capita disposable income.
