2000—2015年遵义市城乡居民氮消费足迹分析

摘  要:
氮是生态系统中重要的元素。人类是生态系统的重要消费者,以食物氮的形式消费后大部分以废弃物的形式排泄到环境中。随着经济的快速发展,人们收入的增加,食物消费逐渐丰富,对其氮足迹评价具有重要意义。本文对2000—2015年遵义市氮消费足迹进行评价。结果表明,遵义市氮消费足迹中城镇居民人均食物氮消费量在2.12~3.13 kg(N)/a间波动,平均值2.63 kg(N)/a;农村居民食物氮消费足迹在2.96~4.65 kg(N)/a间波动,平均值3.85 kg(N)/a。近16年,粮食、猪肉、家禽、蔬菜、蛋及蛋制品、水产品、奶制品、水果和牛羊肉对城镇居民食物氮的平均贡献分别为36.96%、28.90%、10.62%、6.69%、4.73%、4.46%、3.09%、2.31%和2.26%。农村居民食物氮消费足迹中粮食的贡献为65.81%、猪肉的贡献为24.21%、蔬菜的平均贡献为6.70%;水果、水产品、家禽和蛋及蛋制品的贡献在0.28%~1.32%间波动。遵义市城乡居民食物消费结构与我国膳食结构有较大的差距。在今后一段时间内消费食物氮可能呈现增加趋势。

摘  要:
Nitrogen is an important element in ecosystems.Human beings are an important consumer of the ecosystem,and most of nitrogen are excreted in the form of waste after consumption in the form of food nitrogen.With the rapid development of economy and the increase of people ′s income and food consumption,it is of great significance to evaluate the nitrogen footprint.This paper evaluated the nitrogen consumption footprint of urban and rural residents in Zunyi City from 2000 to 2015.The annual nitrogen consumption of urban residents in the nitrogen consumption footprint of Zunyi City fluctuated between 2.12-3.13 kg(N)per capita,with an average of 2.63 kg(N)per capita;the annual dietary nitrogen footprint of rural residents was2.96-4.65 kg(N) per capita,with an average of 3.85 kg(N)per capita.In the past 16 years,the average contribution of grain,pork,poultry,vegetables,eggs and egg products,aquatic products,dairy products,fruits and beef and mutton to food nitrogen of urban residents was 36.96%,28.90%,10.62%,6.69%,4.73%,4.46%,3.09%,2.31%,and 2.26%,respectively.The contribution of food to the nitrogen consumption footprint of rural residents was65.81%,the contribution of pork was 24.21%,the average contribution of vegetables was 6.70%,and the contribution of fruits,aquatic products,poultry,eggs and egg products fluctuated between 0.28% and 1.32%.There is a big gap between the food consumption structure of urban and rural residents in Zunyi City and the dietary structure of Chinese residents.Consumption of dietary nitrogen may increase over a long period of time in the future.
