不同发育时期粗毛纤孔菌子实体化学成分对比分析

摘  要:
以不同发育时期粗毛纤孔菌子实体为试材,采用GC-MS和HPLC-MS方法,研究了不同发育时期粗毛纤孔菌子实体化学成分的异同,以期为其不同传统功效和药理作用的深入研究提供参考依据。结果表明:GC-MS分析表明菌蕾子实体、成熟子实体和老化子实体具有共性成分,如乙基苯、正己醇、苯甲醛、顺式-3-正丁基-2-乙基四氢噻吩、2,6,10-三甲基十二烷、2,6,11,15-四甲基十六烷和2,6,10-三甲基十四烷,同时也具有许多非共性成分。3种不同发育时期子实体及其石油醚提取物、二氯甲烷提取物、丙酮提取物、甲醇提取物和水提取物中含量最高的化合物如下,菌蕾子实体中分别为亚油酸甲酯、亚油酸、1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、1,3,5,7,9,13-六甲基-11,15-二苯基-2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,17,18,19,20-十二烷氧基-1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15-八硅五环[9.5.1.13,9.15,15.17,13]二十烷、油酸甲酯、2-萘-2-基丙烷-1,2-二醇;成熟子实体中分别为2,5-二甲基苯甲醛、亚油酸、二甲基癸氧基十六烷氧基硅烷、二十七烷、DL-阿拉伯糖醇、3-[(2,3,4,9四氢-1H-吡啶并[3,4-b]吲哚-1-基)甲基]环己烯-1-酮;老化子实体分别为顺式-3-正丁基-2-乙基四氢噻吩、二甲基(二十二碳氧基)丁氧基硅烷、二甲基癸氧基十六烷氧基硅烷、对苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯、2-甲基丙炔酸、3-甲基-3-辛醇。HPLC-MS分析表明3个不同发育时期粗毛纤孔菌子实体水提物的HPLC-MS图谱中出现5个共有峰,经鉴定为松柏醛、(Z)-乙酸-3-己醇乙酸酯、三棱酸、二羟基硬脂酸和黄葵内酯;各自也有特征峰,且老化子实体水提物的图谱中出现的化合物数最多。

摘  要:
The chemical composition of fruiting bodies in different growth stages of Inonotus hispidus were studied by GC-MS and HPLC-MS,so as to provide a basis for further research on their traditional efficacy and pharmacological effects.The results of GC-MS method showed that the young fruiting bodies,the mature fruiting bodies and the old fruiting bodies had both common components like n-hexanol,benzaldehyde,2-n-pentylfuran,cis-3-n-butyl-2-ethyltetrahydrothiophene,2,6,10-trimethyldodecane,2,6,11,15-tetramethylhexadecane and 2,6,10-trimethyltetradecane,and also different chemical composition in different growth stages.The highest content of the fruiting bodies and its petroleum ether extract,dichloromethane extract,acetone extract,methanol extract and water extract were,the young fruiting bodies were methyl linoleate,linoleic acid,1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone,1,3,5,7,9,13-hexamethyl-11,15-diphenyl-2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,17,18,19,20-dodecaoxa-1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15-octasilapentacyclo[9.5.1.13,9.15,15.17,13] icosane,methyl oleate,2-naphthalen-2-ylpropane-1,2-diol;the mature fruiting bodies were 2,5-dimethylbenzaldehyde,linoleic acid,Dimethyldecyloxyhexadecyloxysilane,heptacosane,DL-arabinitol,3-[(2,3,4,9-Tetrahydro-1 H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methyl]-2-cyclohexen-1-one;the old fruiting bodies were cis-3-n-butyl-2-ethyltetrahydrothiophene,dimethyl(docosaoxy)butoxysilane,dimethyl decyloxyhexadecyloxysilane,terephthalic acid,bis(2-ethylhexyl)ester,2-methylpropynoic acid,3-methyl-3-octanol.The results of HPLC-MS method showed that there were five common peaks such as tran-Ferulaldehyde,(Z)-Acetic acid-3-hexenol acetate,sanleng acid,dihydroxy stearic acid,ambrettolid and also characteristic peaks in the map of the water extract of the Inonotus hispidus in three different growth periods,and the chemical composition shown in the map of the old fruiting bodies were the most.
