响应面法优化藻油中抗氧化剂的复配组合

摘  要:
为了提高藻油氧化稳定性,对添加在藻油中的抗氧化剂组合进行优化。利用Box-Behnken试验设计并结合响应面分析法,以迷迭香粉(≥30%鼠尾草酸)、VE、VC棕榈酸酯添加量为试验因素,以藻油过氧化值(peroxide value,POV)、硫代巴比妥酸(thiobarbituric acid,TBA)值及二十二碳六烯酸(docosahexaenoic acid,DHA)含量为响应值,并进行二次回归设计建立模型,得到的最佳抗氧化剂组合为:迷迭香粉0.37‰、VE 0.11‰、VC棕榈酸酯0.20‰。该优化条件下藻油经过12 d烘箱实验后测得POV为9.26 meq/kg,TBA为0.35 mg/kg,DHA含量为30.27%,其与模型预测值相吻合,表明所建立的回归模型是切实可行的。

摘  要:
The concentrations of rosemary powder(containing 30% or more carnosic acid), VE and VC added together to algal oil for improved oxidative stability were optimized using Box-Behnken experimental design combined with response surface analysis based on peroxide value(POV), thiobarbituric acid(TBA) value and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) content. A quadratic regression model was established. The optimal combination of the three antioxidants was 0.37‰ rosemary spices, 0.11‰ VE, and 0.20‰ VC palmitate. The POV value was 9.26 meq/kg, TBA value 0.35 mg/kg and DHA content 30.27% under the optimized conditions after 12 day of accelerated oven-oxidation test. A good agreement was observed between the predicted and actual values indicating that the established model in this study is feasible.
