摘 要：
The solubility of praziquantel in certain solvents,the stability and irritation of praziquantel injection were observed.The praziquantel injection of 200 mg/mL was developed and administered to the experimental therapy of Schistosomiasis japonicum in mice on the day 22 after infection with cercariae.The results showed that the praziquantel injection reached perfect therapy efficacy with the worm-reduction rate of 100%.There was no change in color and concentration of the injection after storage at room temperature in tightly lightproof container for 8 months or at 80℃ isothermal conditions for 24 hours.There were no pathological change of inflammation and necrosis at the administration site after a single intramuscular injection in mice.Therefore,the praziquantel injection would have a brilliant future in therapy of Schistosomiasis japonicum in large animals.
