利用烟粉虱繁育丽蚜小蜂中温度作用的研究

摘  要:
就昼夜恒温和变温对烟粉虱繁育的影响进行了研究。试验分为两个部分,第一部分是在恒温箱中设置17,20,23,26,29℃等5个恒温处理,在变温箱中设置以17,20,23,26,29℃为中心、振幅为10℃的5个变温处理,分别研究烟粉虱的繁育情况。结果表明,在试验范围内,随温度的提高,烟粉虱存活比率提高;同一日平均温度条件下,昼夜变温处理和昼夜恒温处理间存在显著差异性;变温处理有利于在偏低温度下抑制烟粉虱繁育,而在偏高温度条件下促进烟粉虱繁育。第二部分是在666 m2自控温室中通过大样本观察,统计得出了烟粉虱发育到1龄所需的积温为(258.8±16.6)℃,发育到3龄所需的积温为(441.2±21.2)℃;丽蚜小蜂寄生于3龄烟粉虱到出现褐蛹的积温为(363.4±34.1)℃。

摘  要:
To solve problems that are vital for artificial production of Encarsia formosa Gahan reared with Bemisia tabaci Gennadius in greenhouse,a study on the effects on temperature,either constant or variable,to the rearing process was conducted.The experimentation was divided into two parts.In the first part,the B.tabaci was reared at day-night fluctuating temperatures of 17±5,20±5,23±5,26±5 and 29±5 ℃,and comparatively,at day-night constant temperatures of 17,20,23,26 and 29 ℃,respectively.It showed that the survival rate of B.tabaci increased as temperature rises.On the same average temperature there were significant differences between treatments at day-night constant temperature and those at day-night fluctuating temperature.The day-night fluctuating temperature inhibited reproduction of B.tabaci under low temperature conditions and promoted the reproduction at high temperature.In the second part,an observation was implemented in an auto-controlled greenhouse(666 m2).Base on a statistic study with large samples,it demonstrated that the accumulative temperature for B.tabaci to develop from eggs to 1st instar larvae should be(258.8±16.6)℃,and the accumulative temperature to 3rd instar larvae would be(441.2±21.2)℃.The accumulative temperature for E.formosa as the parasitoid to develop from eggs to brown pupae was(363.4±34.1) ℃.
