人工繁殖丽蚜小蜂防治温室白粉虱田间放蜂技术研究

摘  要:
【目的】研究不同丽蚜小蜂放蜂量和不同放蜂点对新疆地区温室白粉虱的防治效果,为今后利用丽蚜小蜂防治温室白粉虱提供科学依据。【方法】不同放蜂量实验设置3个处理,依次为5 000、10 000、20 000头/棚;不同放蜂点实验设置3个处理,依次为4点、8点、12点;对照设置1个棚。【结果】在标准面积的温室中,放蜂点为10个点,随着放蜂量的增大,丽蚜小蜂对白粉虱的防治效果越好,20 000头蜂的处理虫口减退率最高,达48.31%。放蜂量为10 000头,不同放蜂点处理下,8个放蜂点的防治效果要好于其他处理,虫口减退率达41.84%。【结论】在标准面积的温室中,放蜂点设置为10个,放蜂量越大,防治温室白粉虱的效果越好;放蜂量设置为10 000头,8个放蜂点的处理对防治温室白粉虱有较好的效果。

摘  要:
【Objective】 The purpose of this project was to study the effect of preventative method to Trialeurodes vaporariorum by two tests: the volume and points of different release tests and hence may provide the evidence for preventing Trialeurodes vaporariorum by Encarsia formosa.【Method】 The volume of different release tests has 3 experimental settings of processing,with a total capacity of release of 5,000,10,000,20,000/shed;Release of different test points has 3 experimental settings of processing,with 4 points,8 points,12 points.And an uncontrolled shed was installed for contrast.【Result】E.formosa in different volume of release,along with the volume of release increased,the effect of preventing on Trialeurodes vaporariorum became more significant.A total capacity of release of 20,000 test results was significantly better than other treatments,with the highest rate of Trialeurodes vaporariorum decreased to 48.31%.With treatments of 10,000 number of E.formosa in the 8 different releasing points,the effects were better than other treatments,with the highest rate of Trialeurodes vaporariorum decreased to 41.84%.【Conclusion】 E.formosa in different volume of release,in certain sheds and releasing points,along with the increasing volume of release,the effect of preventing on Trialeurodes vaporariorum was more significant.In the eight points with a total capacity of releasing with 10,000,effects were better than other treatments.
