高效液相色谱法测定黄瓜中萘乙酸的残留量

摘  要:
为了研究萘乙酸在黄瓜中的残留量,建立了黄瓜中萘乙酸的高效液相色谱方法。样品在酸性条件下用乙腈提取后过C18固相萃取小柱,用甲醇∶水∶磷酸为60∶40∶0.35的流动相洗脱,用C18液相色谱柱和带有紫外检测器的液相色谱检测。结果表明,添加水平在0.02,0.1 mg/kg下回收率为90%~110%,该方法操作简单、快速,灵敏度高。

摘  要:
To study residue of cucumber, a method of cucumber naphthvlacetic by High Performance Liquid Chromatography is developed. Samples under acid condition after were extracted with acetonitrile C18 solid phase extraction column, and then tested by methanol∶water∶phosphoric acid was 60∶40∶0.35 mobile phase elution with C18 column of liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography with UV detector, adding level under the concentration of 0.02, 0.1 mg/kg recovery from 90% to 110%. This method is easy, fast, and high sen sitivity.
