德国牧羊犬FSHR基因第1外显子SNP T89C与产仔数关系研究

摘  要:
为了研究FSHR基因与产仔数的关系,试验以警用德国牧羊犬种母犬基因组为模板,应用PCR技术克隆FSHR基因第1外显子,测序检测单核苷酸多态性(SNP)T89C位点,并进一步分析基因型对产仔数的影响。结果表明:FSHR基因第1外显子SNP T89C CC基因型个体产仔数显著少于TT基因型个体产仔数(P<0.05),说明SNP T89C位点与德国牧羊犬产仔数存在相关性。

摘  要:
To study the relationship between the follicle stimulating hormone receptor( FSHR) gene and litter size,the genome of the breeding bitch of police German shepherd dog was used as a template,and the exon 1 of the FSHR was cloned using PCR technology. The SNP T89 C in exon 1 of the FSHR gene was detected by sequencing,and then the effects of the genotypes on litter size were further analyzed. The results showed that the individual litter size of the CC genotype was significantly less than that of the TT genotype in the SNP T89 C of the exon 1 of the FSHR gene( P < 0. 05). The results indicate that there is a correlation between the SNP T89 C and litter size in the German shepherd dog.
