日粮添加南极磷虾粉对育肥五莲黑猪生长性能、抗氧化能力及肉品质的影响

摘  要:
文章旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平南极磷虾粉对育肥五莲黑猪生长性能、抗氧化能力及肉品质的影响.试验选取 5 月龄体重 62 kg左右的五莲黑猪 120 头,将其分为 4 组,每组 3 重复,各重复 10 头.对照组饲喂全价饲料,3 个试验组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)在全价饲料中分别添加 1%、3%、5%的南极磷虾粉,正试期 58 d.结果显示:(1)4 组平均日采食量无显著差异(P>0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组末重、平均日增重显著提升(P<0.05),且Ⅲ组极显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.01);与对照组相比,3 个试验组的料重比有所下降,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组降幅显著(P<0.05),且Ⅲ组显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.01).(2)与对照组相比,3 个试验组血清中CAT、SOD、GSH-Px活性及T-AOC持续升高,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组增幅显著(P<0.05),且Ⅲ组显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.01);与对照组相比,3 个试验组的MDA含量有所下降,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组降幅显著(P<0.05),且Ⅲ组极显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.01).(3)与对照组相比,3 个试验组屠宰后的猪肉pH1 值与pH24 值持续提升,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组增幅显著(P<0.05),且Ⅲ组极显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.01);与对照组相比,3 个试验组的滴水损失有所下降,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组降幅显著(P<0.05),且Ⅲ组极显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.01);其他指标4组则无显著差异(P>0.05).研究表明,在本试验条件下,在日粮中添加 5%的南极磷虾粉可改善育肥五莲黑猪的生长性能与抗氧化能力,进而提升肉品质指标.

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of adding different levels of Antarctic krill powder to the diet on the growth performance,antioxidant capacity,and meat quality of fattening Wulian black pigs.Select 120 Wulian black pigs with a weight of about 62kg at 5 months old and divide them into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 10 pigs in each replicate.The control group was fed with full price feed,and three experimental groups(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ)added 1%,3%,and 5%Antarctic krill powder to the full price feed to make experimental feed.The trial period was 58 days.The results showed that:(1)there was no significant difference in the average daily feed intake among the four groups(P>0.05).The final weight and average daily weight gain of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly increased(P<0.05),and group Ⅲ was higher than group Ⅱ(P<0.01);Compared with the control group,the material to weight ratio of the three experimental groups decreased,with a significant decrease in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0.05),and group Ⅲ was significantly lower than group Ⅱ(P<0.01).(2)Compared with the control group,the activities of CAT,SOD,GSH-Px,and T-AOC in the serum of the three experimental groups continued to increase.The increase was significant in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0.05),and group Ⅲ was significantly higher than group Ⅱ(P<0.01);Compared with the control group,the MDA content of the three experimental groups decreased,with a significant decrease in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0.05),and group Ⅲ was significantly lower than group Ⅱ(P<0.01).(3)Compared with the control group,the Ph 1 and Ph 24 values of slaughtered pork in the three experimental groups continued to increase.The increase in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significant(P<0.05),and group Ⅲ was significantly higher than group Ⅲ(P<0.01);Compared with the control group,the drip loss of the three experimental groups decreased,with a significant decrease in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0.05),and group Ⅲ was significantly lower than group Ⅱ(P<0.01);There was no significant difference in other indicators among the four groups(P>0.05).Research has shown that under the conditions of this experiment,adding 5%Antarctic krill powder to the diet can improve the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of fattening Wulian black pigs,thereby enhancing meat quality indicators.
