CeCl_3喷施对黄瓜幼苗抗冷性的影响

摘  要:
选用黄瓜幼苗为试验材料,以普通抗寒剂为对照,研究稀土铈(Ce3+)对黄瓜幼苗抗冷性的影响。结果表明,经过不同浓度氯化铈处理后其抗冷性与对照相比明显不同,其中以25~200 mg·L-1浓度处理对黄瓜抗冷性有所改善,以200 mg·L-1效果最好,优于抗寒剂处理效果,800 mg·L-1氯化铈抑制黄瓜幼苗生长。

摘  要:
The study used cucumber seedling as the material and cold-resistant agent as the control to research the effects of Ce3+ on cold resistance of cucumber seedling.The cold resistance of cucumber seedling after various concentration CeCl3 treatment was obviously different from the one with no CeCl3 spraying.Moreover,the treat-ments of 25-200 mg·L-1 could improve the cold resistance of cucumber,and the result of the treatment of 200 mg·L-1 was the best.In addition,the treatment of 800 mg·L-1 could repress the growth of cucumber seedling.
