化学和物理因素对兔眼越橘花粉萌发的影响

摘  要:
以5个兔眼越橘品种的花粉为试材,研究了温度、硼砂、硫酸锰、氯化钴、蔗糖和GA3等化学和物理因素对花粉萌发及花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:兔眼越橘品种间花粉的发芽率存在着明显差异;适宜的花粉萌发温度为25~28℃,温度过高或过低抑制发芽;GA3和硼砂、硫酸锰、氯化钴等化学物质可以影响花粉的萌发,但品种间反应差异很大。改善环境条件和化学处理是提高花粉萌发率的有效途径。

摘  要:
The effects of temperatures and treatments with Na_2B_4O_7,MnSO_4,CoCl_3,sugar and GA_3 on germination and tube growth of pollen in Vaccinium ashei were studied.There are differences among the concentrations in every treatment.Suitable temperature for germination of pollen is 25~28 ℃.The results show that chemical treatments may be a way of changing germination and tube growth of pollen in Vaccinium ashei.
