兔眼越橘芽的诱导及再生

摘  要:
利用组织培养方法研究了影响兔眼越橘芽诱导、芽增殖及其植株再生的主要因素。结果表明:在芽 诱导和继代培养基中添加NAA、2ip有利于兔眼越橘芽的诱导,2ip对再生能力具有保持作用;外植体基因型 对长期培养的芽再生能力的影响不大;不同的外源激素(NAA,2ip,ZT等)影响芽分化频率,其中2ip可明显提 高芽分化频率;4.3,5.0 klx光照强度处理时继代培养效果较好;在生根培养基中添加适量的IBA,NAA可有 效促进生根,IBA效果好于NAA。

摘  要:
Several factors on affecting rabbiteye blueberry bud induction, differentiation and plant regeneration were studied. The results indicated that supplementing the induction and subculture medium with NAA, 2ip benefited the induction of blueberry buds, but 2ip maintained the ability of differentiation. Plant source especially genotype played no role in bud differentiation of long-term culture; Different hormones (NAA, 2ip and ZT etc.) affected bud differentiation frequency. Among them, 2ip increased the frequency of bud formation. In autumn, the explant pre-handled by low-temperature could enhance bud differentiation frequency; At the subculture stage, we found that 4.3, 5.0 klx light intensity was better than others; Supplementing root medium with IBA or NAA increased the formation of root, but supplementing root medium with IBA was better.
