兔眼越橘嫁接试验初报

摘要：

报道了以云南越橘实生苗作砧木,5个兔眼越橘品种枝条作接穗的嫁接试验,结果表明:园蓝、杰兔品种的嫁接成活率较高,砧穗生长发育也较好;2月15日至5月15日的嫁接成活率高,砧穗生长期较长,是比较理想的嫁接时间;单芽切接、切腹接的成活率高,而且操作简便、工效高,是值得推广的嫁接方法;砧木年龄对成活率影响不大,但对嫁接苗后期的生长发育有影响,建议用3年生砧木;接穗年龄对成活率、嫁接苗后期的生长发育都有影响,建议用当年生、1年生枝条作接穗。

摘要：

The seedlings of Vaccinium duclouxii Hand.- Mazz were used as stocks,the branches of five varieties of Vaccinium ashei Reade were used as scions,and a grafting experiment was conducted. The results showed that the survival rate of grafted Gardenblue and Coastal was higher,and their stock- scion growth was also better. The grafting from February 15 to May 15 could obtain higher survival rate and longer stock- scion growth period. Single- bud cut- grafting and side- grafting could acquire higher survival rate and higher work efficiency,and their operation was easy and simple. The age of stock had little influence on the survival rate of grafted seedlings,but it had effect on the later growth and development of grafted seedlings,so three- year- old stock was suitable for grafting. The age of scion had influences on both the survival rate and the later growth of grafted seedlings,so it was suggested to use 0 ~ 1- year- old branches as scions.
