都匀毛尖茶的HPLC指纹图谱分析

摘  要:
为都匀毛尖茶的品质控制提供依据,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对都匀毛尖茶的主要化学成分进行指纹图谱分析,并对都匀毛尖茶指纹图谱数据进行了聚类分析和主成分分析。结果表明:都匀毛尖茶的特征指纹峰有10个共有色谱峰,并确定其中2个化学成分茶氨酸和表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)。同时,7个不同产地的都匀毛尖茶样品指纹图谱相似度均>0.98。不同茶叶样品共聚为3类,具有明显的地域性。构建的都匀毛尖茶指纹图谱专一性强,稳定性好,能鉴定其品质真伪。

摘  要:
The fingerprint of main chemical components of Duyun Maojian Tea was analyzed by HPLC and the fingerprint data of Duyun Maojian Tea was used to conduct clustering analysis and principle component analysis to provide the basis for quality control of Duyun Maojian Tea.Results:The specific fingerprint peak of Duyun Maojian Tea is of 10 common chromatographic peaks and two chemical components are identified as theanine and epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG).The fingerprint similarity among Duyun Maojian Tea samples from 7 different producing areas is more than 0.98.7 Duyun Maojian Tea samples are clustered into three groups with an obvious regional characteristics.The established fingerprint of Duyun Maojian Tea with advantages of higher specificity and good stability can be used to identify the quality of Duyun Maojian Tea.
