条斑紫菜不同采收期总硒含量变化研究

摘  要:
为了研究海藻中硒的含量及其变化,以海水养殖条斑紫菜为研究对象,分析了江苏沿海不同地区不同采收期条斑紫菜中总硒的含量变化.结果表明,江苏沿海条斑紫菜中总硒含量(干重)在最低值0.089 mg/kg(如东北渔地区五水采收期)到最高值0.284 mg/kg(如东环渔地区三水采收期)之间,平均值为0.145 mg/kg.5个地区5个采收期条斑紫菜中硒含量差异具统计学意义.不同地区中连云港市赣榆地区条斑紫菜硒含量平均值最高,为0.182 mg/kg,其次为如东环渔地区;不同采收期中三水条斑紫菜硒含量平均值最高,为0.191 mg/kg,四水次之.不同地区条斑紫菜中硒含量最高值出现时间不一致,并有一定规律性变化,表现为在江苏沿海南部条斑紫菜硒含量最高值出现时间早于江苏沿海北部,推测可能与沿海三市海水温度差异有关.从总体上分析江苏沿海各地区条斑紫菜中硒含量整体较高,属于天然含硒食品.

摘  要:
To study the variation of total selenium content in marine algae, the selenium content variation at collecting stages of P. yezoensis in jiangsu coastal different regions were analyzed. The results showed that the total selenium content of P. yezoensis(dry weight) was between 0.089 mg/kg(Beiyu region in fifth harvest period) and0.284 mg/kg(Huanyu region in third harvest period) in the coastal area of Jiangsu Province, and the average value was 0.145 mg/kg. The content of selenium was significantly different between the five regions and the five harvest periods. Among of five regions, the average selenium content of P. yezoensis in Ganyu region was highest(0.182 mg/kg), and the second was Huanyu region; In the five harvest periods, the average selenium content in the third collecting stage of P. yezoensis was highest(0.191 mg/kg), secondly was the fourth collecting stage. The highest selenium content in P. yezoensis appeared at time inconsistency and varied accord with some rules in different regions, the southern coast was earlier than the northern coast of Jiangsu Province, presumably associated with the difference sea temperature in three coastal city. On the whole, the content of selenium of P. yezoensis in the coastal areas of Jiangsu province was relatively high, which belongs to the natural Se-enriched food.
