戴氏虫草无性型的研究——Ⅱ多糖

摘  要:
本文报道了戴氏虫草(Cordyceps taii Liang et Liu)的无性型,戴氏绿僵菌(Metarhizium taii Liang et Liu)88-601菌株水溶性胞外多糖(CD-1)的免疫调节作用和多糖的组成及液体培养的条件。结果表明,CD-1经提取、分离、纯化表明它是均一性的葡聚糖,分子量约200,000,产量为13.5 g/l(纯多糖)。有免疫调节作用。菌丝生长的适宜温度范围为25~29℃。37℃时分生胞子不萌发,菌丝产量和粗多糖产量最高的培养基为黄豆粉葡萄糖培养液(SGM)(分别为1.24g/100ml,16.75g/l)。粗多糖纯度可达80%。

摘  要:
The cordyceps polysaccharides have important effects on inhibitor of cancers, radio-protection and enhancement of immune response. These substances have little or no toxicity. But many of them are intracellular. Few of them are extracellar, but water-insoluble reported so far. These situation increases the difficulties of industral fermentation, because the polysaccharides mixed wi th mycelia. In this paper, a new species Metarhizium tail Liang et Liu is an anamoiph of Cordyceps taii Hang et Liu. The composition and the enhancement of inmune response of the water-soluble extracellular polysaccharides (CD-I) in this new species and liquid cultures at different conditions are reported. The main results are as follows; CD-1 purified and separated, showed a homogenous pattern in gel filtration. The molecular weight was estimated by gel filtration to be 200>000. It was composed of D-glucose. CD-1 is shown enhancement of immune response by lymphocyte transfromation. The variation of mycelial growth curve is obviously affected by static culture and shaking culture. The optimum temper ature ranges is 25~29℃. The conidia have no growth at 37℃. This result suggestes that the conidia is safety to man, livestock, poultry. The medium of the heightest yield of hyphae and CD-1 is soybean glucose medium (SGM) . The yield of hyphae can reach 1.24g/100ml and the yield of CD-1 can reach 13.5g/l (pure polysaccharide). It is high as comperad with other cord yceps polysaccharides.
