古尼虫草无性型菌丝生长条件的研究

摘  要:
本文报道了不同营养组成的培养基,双相培养、pH以及生理活性物质对古尼虫草Cordyceps gunnii(Berk.)Berk的无性型——古尼拟青霉(Paecilomyces gunnii Liang)5-19菌丝体生长的影响,结果表明,培养基的营养组成明显地影响菌丝体生长曲线的变化;双相培养方式促进菌丝营养生长;菌丝生长的适宜pH范围是pH7-8;在合成培养基中,植物激素及生长调节物质如吲哚乙酸,萘乙酸、激动素、苄基腺嘌啉、赤霉素、脱落酸、环腺苷酸在一定的浓度下对菌丝生长有明显促进作用;但在天然培养基中,一定浓度的2,4-二氟苯氧乙酸、玉米素表现出略有促进作用,而高浓度(100ppm)的吲哚乙酸、激动素、苄基腺嘌啉、萘乙酸抑制菌丝生长。维生素中的吡哆醇、肌醇、泛酸钙在一定浓度下能显著地促进菌丝生长。

摘  要:
Cordyceps gunnii (Berk.) Berk. is an important entomogenous fungus which distridutes in Guizhou, Hunan province in China. It is proved by pharmacologic and medicine chemical tests that the mycelial products fermented of Cordyceps gunnii have widely developmental prospect. In this paper, the effects of the different media, biphasic culture, and physiological active substance on mycelial growth of Paecilomyces gunnii Liang 5-19(the anamosrph of Corbyceps gunnii) are reported. The main results are as follows: The varia tion of mycelial growth curve is obviously affected by different media. Biphasic culture can promote the vegetative growth of mycelia and growth peak coming in advance. The optimal pH ranges from 70-8 in Paecilpmyces gunnii 5-19. Plant hormones and growth regulating substances such as IAA, NAA, KT, BA, GA, ABA, cAMP can obviously promote the mycelial growth at optimum concentrations in synthetical medium; but 2,4-D, ZT slightly promote the growth at optimum concentrations and IAA, NAA, KT, BA inhabit the mycelial growth at the highest concentration tested in natural medium. Vitamines such as Pyridoxin, Pantothenic acid, Inositol can obviously promote the mycelial growth at optimum concentrations; hut Folic acid, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Nicotinic acid, Biotin, Cobalamin, P-Aminobenzoic acid have no effects on growth at concentrations tested.
