菰黑粉菌不同菌株比较研究

摘  要:
从野生茭、单季茭、双季茭及灰茭中分离7个菌株,比较了其冬孢子的萌发率、菌落的形态、在不同温度下该菌的生长情况。研究表明,从野生茭和灰茭上分离的菌株与正常茭的菌株存在较大差异。初步认为灰茭和正常茭是由黑粉菌不同生理小种引起。

摘  要:
Seven strains of Ustilagoesculenta were isolated from freshy stem of different types of water bamboo (Zizania caclucifora. Hand-Mazz ) .The germination percentage of teleutospore, the growth rate of hypha and colonial morphology of those strains at the different temperature were studied in PSA medium.The strains of wild water bamboo and ' hui jiao' (freshy stem is full of teleutospore)are similar to each other in some biological characteristics, but different from normal water bamboo(double and single harvesting water bamboo) .We consider that the differences between" hui jiao" and normal water bamboo are caused by various physiological race.
