示波极谱法测定食品中苯甲酸的研究

摘  要:
寻找快速准确测定食品中苯甲酸含量的示波极谱法测定条件,并通过实验对方法进行评价。实验采用MP-2型电位溶出仪,通过单因素实验对仪器测定条件和底液条件进行了选择。以NaOH和NaCl的混合溶液作为底液,苯甲酸的峰电位在-0.70V左右。在选定的仪器条件和底液条件下得线性回归方程y=21.789x+0.4823,相关系数是0.9999。示波极谱法测苯甲酸的最低检出浓度是0.016μg/mL,加标回收率为82.5%~105%,相对标准偏差为1.2%。该方法测定食品中微量苯甲酸结果令人满意,具有灵敏度高、准确度好、仪器简单、操作简便等特点。

摘  要:
This study was mainly looking for the quick and accurate determination conditions of benzoic acid in food using oscillopolarography.The method was evaluated through the experiment.MP-2 electric potential dissolves instrument was used for the experiment.The instrument determination condition and the bottom fluid condition were chosen through the single factor experiment.In the bottom fluid of the mixture with NaOH and NaCl,the peak electric potential of benzoic acid was-0.70V.Under these conditions,the regress equation of linearity y=21.789x+0.4823(R2=0.9999) was obtained.Theminimum amount determined of benzoic acid was 0.016μg/mL,the sample recovery rates were in the range of 82.5%~105%,the RSD was 1.2%.The method was sensitive,selective,rapid,simple,which was applied to determination of trace benzoic acid in food with satisfactory results.
