抗连作菌剂对花生生长和生理特性的影响

摘  要:
为探讨微生物菌剂对缓解花生连作障碍的作用,利用筛选分离出的化感物质降解菌和抗病原微生物拮抗菌布置田间试验,研究不同菌剂处理对连作花生生长、生理特性等的影响。试验共设4个处理:T0(不施用菌剂)、T1(细菌处理)、T2(真菌处理)、T3(复合菌剂处理)。结果表明:施用菌剂处理均能有效提高花生的光合能力,以复合菌剂处理最为显著;复合菌剂的加入能显著提高花生叶片可溶性蛋白含量和抗氧化酶活性,降低MDA含量,有效维持膜结构的稳定性;开花下针期是生物量快速积累时期,地上部生物量符合Logistic方程,与T0相比,施菌剂处理均能显著提高花生生物量;复合菌剂处理荚果产量两年分别达3 608.7 kg/hm~2和3 486.4 kg/hm~2,较T0处理分别提高336.3 kg/hm~2和368.1 kg/hm~2。复合菌剂的施用能有效促进花生生长,缓解花生连作障碍。

摘  要:
The effects of different microbial agents on physiological characteristics of peanut under continuous cropping were studied in order to discuss the role of microbial agents on continuous cropping barrier mitigation. Four treatments were designed as control(T0), bacterial treatment(T1), fungi treatment(T2) and mixed microbial agent(T3), which were degraded bacteria or fungi of allelochemicals and antipathogenic antagonist. The results showed that photosynthesis was improved by all microbial agent treatments, especially T3 treatment. The soluble protein content and the activity of antioxidant enzymes of peanut leaves increased significantly,the MDA content decreased and the membrane structure stability was maintained effectively by adding compound microbial agent. The flowering-needle period was the one for fast accumulation of biomass, and the above-ground biomass was in accord with the Logistic equation. The peanut biomass could be improved by microbial agent treatments compared with T0 treatment. The yield of pods treated with compound microbial agents reached 3 608.7 kg/hm~2 and 3 486.4 kg/hm~2 in the two years, respectively, which increased by 336.3 kg/hm~2 and 368.4 kg/hm~2 compared with T0 treatment. The application of compound microbial agent could effectively promote the growth of peanut and alleviate the continuous cropping obstacle.
