烟酰水杨酸对鹌鹑实验性脂肪肝的预防作用及机理初探

摘  要:
应用高脂饲料诱发的脂肪肝模型,观察烟酰水杨酸对鹌鹑实验性脂肪肝的预防作用并对其主要机理进行初步探讨。用NSA150mg·kg-1·d-1、NSA300mg·kg-1·d-1、NSA600mg·kg-1·d-1灌胃8周,可明显降低肝脏TG、TC和肝系数,并可使肝组织脂变程度明显减轻,烟酰水杨酸可显著激活脂蛋白脂酶(P<0.01)、抑制肝脂酶(P<0.05)。烟酰水杨酸对鹌鹑实验性脂肪肝有明显的预防作用,这一作用与激活脂蛋白脂酶、抑制肝脂酶有密切关系。

摘  要:
In this paper,we have investigated the preventive effect of nicotiny-lsalicylic acid(NSA)and explored primarily the main mechanism on high-fat diet to produce fatty liver model in quails.The results showed NSA given orally for 8 weeks significantly decreased TG?TC?MDA and the liver index and reduced the degree of liver fatty degeneration.NSA can activate significantly lipo-protein lipase(LPL)(P<0.01)and inhabit heptic lipaseHL)(P<0.05).The conclusion is that NSA has significant role of prevention function to experimental fatty liver model which is closely related to activated LPL and inhabit HL.
