烟酰水杨酸的合成及调血脂作用初步研究

摘  要:
为寻找降血脂作用强、不良反应轻、安全有效的烟酸衍生物,以烟酸和水杨酸为原料,采用酰氯法经过二步合成了烟酸的衍生物烟酰水杨酸。经紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱、质谱及元素的测定和分析,确证了该目标化合物的化学结构。并对该化合物调血脂作用做了初步研究,药效学试验结果表明,该化合物具有调血脂作用,并且比烟酸作用强,不良反应少。

摘  要:
To seek a nicotinic derivative with effect,safety and less adverse effect, nicotinyl salicylic acid was synthesized from nicotinic acid with salicylic acid by employing the acyl chloride method. Its chemical structure was determined by UV,IR,~1H-NMR,~(13)C-NMR,MS,melting point and elemental analysis. Effects of the compound were assessed through the lipidemic-modulating experiment. Pharmacological experiment indicated that this compound has stronger lipidemic-modulating action and less adverse effect than nicotinic acid.
