不同营养水平精料对生长前期海南黑山羊生产性能和血液生化指标的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究不同营养水平精料对海南黑山羊生产性能和血清生化指标的影响。[方法]选取健康、体重接近的海南黑山羊60只,共分4个处理组,每处理组3个重复,每个重复5只羊,其中1个为对照组(不进行补料),试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别补饲不同营养水平的3种试验日粮1号料、2号料和3号料,3个试验组精料补充量按照每只羊200 g/d进行补料。[结果]与对照组相比,添加不同水平精料(试验组)对海南黑山羊的末重的影响没有达到显著水平(P>0.05),而对海南黑山羊的平均日增重有显著影响(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组海南黑山羊的平均日增重最高,料重比最低;不同营养水平精料对舍饲生长前期海南黑山羊的血液球蛋白含量的影响达到显著水平(P<0.05)。[结论]补饲不同营养水平精料对海南黑山羊的生产性能和血清生化指标产生影响,在补充饲料量相同的情况下以试验Ⅱ组的补饲效果最好,建议给生长前期海南黑山羊补饲2号料。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to investigate the effects of different nutritional levels of compound feed on growth performance and serum biochemical indices of weaned Hainan black goat.[Method] A total of 60 weaned Hainan black goat with similar health and weight were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 3 replicates of 5 goats per replicate,and 1 control group( not fed compound feed),3 experimental groups( group I,group II and group III) were supplemented with compound feed( No.1 compound feed,No.2 compound feed and No.3 compound feed) according to 200 g/d of each sheep.[Result] The results showed that the end weight gains between control group and three experimental groups had no significant differences( P > 0.05),the average daily gain of three experimental groups were significantly higher than the control group( P < 0.05).Comparison between the three experimental groups,the group II had the highest average daily gain and lowest feedweight ratio.The content of serum GLB were significantly influenced in three experimental groups( P < 0.05).[Conclusion] The growth performance and serum biochemical indices of Hainan weaned black goats can be influenced by feeding different nutritional levels of compound feed,and it is suggested that No.2 compound feed could be used to weaned Hainan black goats.
