煤层气分段压裂压缩式裸眼封隔器技术与应用

摘  要：
在当今世界能源供需矛盾日益突出的形势下,探索开发煤层气的技术备受瞩目。针对国内煤层气水平井压裂开发存在的工具应用局限性问题,提出采用非常规油气井压缩式裸眼封隔器实现煤层气水平井分段压裂工艺技术,研制了一种适用于煤层气压裂的?140mm压缩式裸眼封隔器:为提高裸眼封隔器的高效封隔能力,缩小工具外径,采用整体式胶筒密封结构;将液缸和优选的锁紧机构采取一体化结构设计,配合端面防突功能,增强工具入井的可靠性;优化液缸内外径结构设计,实现封隔器设计单元紧凑,提高工具入井的适应性。并对工具锁紧机构及整体性能进行了室内综合评价。现场试验表明,该封隔器结构简单、密封可靠,使用井径范围广,满足了煤层气水平井裸眼分段压裂的需求。

摘  要：
Nowadays the contradiction between energy supply and demand is increasingly prominent in the world,and the technology of exploration and development in CBM attracts the worldwide attention.Aimed at the problems of tool limitations in the CBM horizontal well fracturing development in China,the unconventional oil and gas well compression type open hole packer for implementing CBM horizontal well staged fracturing technology is proposed,?140 mm high-performance compression type open hole packer suitable for the coal seam fracturing is developed,the comprehensive evaluation on tool locking mechanism and the overall performance are conducted.The hydraulic cylinder and the optimized locking mechanism are designed to the integrated structure cooperated with the end face penetration prevention function to enhance the reliability of the tool in well.The internal and external diameter structure design of the hydraulic cylinder are optimized to achieve the compactness of packer design unit and improve the adaptability of the tool in well.Field test shows that the packer has simple structure,good sealing reliability and designed for wide caliper scope,which can meet the needs of staged fracturing in the open holes of CBM horizontal wells.
