基于离散裂缝模型的煤层压裂缝数值模拟方法

摘  要:
如何准确描述煤层压裂缝中的流体流动规律是当前煤层气开发所面临的重要技术难题。采用管道网络状的离散裂缝模型(DFM)处理压裂缝,采用Cui&Bustin模型描述煤岩的强应力敏感性,同时考虑非瞬时解吸-扩散、双重介质渗流等煤层气解吸-扩散-渗流的基本特征,提出一种用多分支井描述煤层压裂缝的数值模拟方法。该方法的优点在于,用结构网格系统就能实现复杂离散裂缝的模拟,即采用已有的主流商业数值模拟软件,如CMG,Eclipse,就能够实现具有压裂缝的煤层气藏数值模拟。将该方法与采用非结构网格系统的数值模拟器相比较,应用实例表明两者计算结果相近,从而验证了该方法的合理性。利用该方法研究了煤岩应力敏感对气井产能的影响,结果表明,在生产条件下,应力敏感现象使研究区块煤层渗透率增加,有利于煤层气的产出。该方法为煤层压裂缝数值模拟提供了新思路,具有一定的便捷性和实用性。

摘  要:
How to describe a fluid flow in coalbed hydraulic fractures was a major technical problem of coalbed methane(CBM)production.In this paper,an equivalent method for fluid flow in coalbed hydraulic fractures was proposed.The pipeline network-shaped discrete fracture model(DFM)was used to simulate fluid flow in the hydraulic fractures,and Cui & Bustin model was used to describe a strong stress sensitivity and the basic characteristics of permeability considering noninstantaneous desorption-diffusion process and dual porous media in the coalbed at the same time.The method enabled modeling for complex hydraulic fractures with structured meshes,which indicated that simulation for CBM reservoir with hydraulic fractures could be achieved by using existing mainstream soft-wares such as CMG and Eclipse.A case of CBM hydraulic fracture was studied with the equivalent method and a simulator using the discrete fracture network respectively.And results of the two methods were similar,which demonstrated that the equivalent method was reasonable.The equivalent method was utilized to study the influence of stress dependent permeability on CBM well productivity.Results show that the stress sensitivity can increase the permeability in the studied area under the condition of production,with the decrease of pressure under production condition,thus promoting CBM production,it is beneficial for coadbed methane production.The method proposed in this paper provides a new thought for hydraulic fracture simulation in coalbeds,and it is convenient and practical.
