沁水盆地煤层气水平井井壁垮塌机理及钻井液对策研究

摘  要:
针对煤层气水平井清水钻井液储层保护和井壁稳定矛盾突出特点,以山西沁水盆地山西组3号煤层为研究对象,从其煤岩成分、黏土矿物组成、微观扫描分析、膨胀性、润湿性、煤岩强度等化学和力学方面研究出发,研究了水平井煤层垮塌机理。高压差下水相沿煤层割理侵入煤层造成煤中黏土矿物水化膨胀,最终导致煤岩强度降低是煤层气水平井井壁失稳的根本原因。提高钻井液黏度或成膜能力阻止或延缓水相侵入煤层是煤层气水平井钻井液的有效技术措施。

摘  要:
In consideration of the contradiction between formation protection of using clear water drilling fluid and instability of well bore in coalbed methane horizontal well drilling,and by taking 3#coalbed of Shanxi Formation in Qinshui Basin as object of study,a fluid for coalbed methane horizontal well drilling has good reservoir protection effect,however,which can lead to instability of borehole.from the aspects of coal petrographic component,clay mineral composition,expansibility,SEM,wettability and strength of coal rock,the collapse mechanism of coalbed horizontal wells is studied.Hydration swelling of clay mineral and strength decrease of coal rock are main reasons for borehole instability.Improving viscosity or film forming ability of drilling fluid can increase stability of CBM horizontal well.
