低强度自密实再生大骨料混凝土配制试验研究

摘  要:
通过自密实再生大骨料混凝土的配制试验,研究了水胶比、高效减水剂对自密实再生混凝土强度及和易性的影响规律。结果表明:当水胶比W/B=0.55,高效减水剂掺量为胶凝材料的0.6%时,混凝土拌合物整体和易性良好,且无泌水现象发生,其抗压强度为18.1~20.5 Mpa。对于低强度混凝土建筑物,其承载力方面可以满足要求,具有一定技术可行性。

摘  要:
Experiment study on the self-compacting recycled aggregate concrete was performed to study the factors like water-binder ratio and super-plasticizer affecting the compressive strength and rheological property of the self-compacting recycled concrete.The experiment results showed:when the water-binder ratio was W/B=0.55 and the proportion of super-plasticizer dosage was 0.6% of cementitious materials,the concrete mixing materials was good at the integration and workability,the compressive strength of which was 18.1-20.5Mpa,and there was no bleeding phenomenon.For the low-strength concrete buildings,its bearing capacity can meet the requirements of technical feasibility.
