复合酶制剂在奶牛生产中的研究

摘  要:
酶制剂作为新一代饲料添加剂在畜牧业中的应用越来越普遍。酶能促进蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、粗纤维分解,深入研究找到一种能补充瘤胃微生物消化能力的物质—外源性酶制剂,来提高饲料利用率和改善奶牛生产性能已迫在眉睫。为了进一步验证和推广酶制剂产品,用不同组合酶制剂处理小麦秸秆,测定其干物质降解率,H组效果最好,试验将最佳酶制剂进行组合,应用于泌乳奶牛生产中进行研究。结果表明,添加筛选出的复合酶制剂后,奶牛乳中非脂乳固体含量均有所提高,试验2和3组与对照组相比,差异显著(P<0.05),其余各组差异不显著。复合酶制剂对干物质的消化率和中性洗涤纤维消化率都有所提高。试验结果表明,饲用组合酶制剂适宜的添加量为0.2%。

摘  要:
Enzyme applications, as a new generation of feed additives in animal husbandry, will become more common, and improve the utilization rate of feed and improve the performance of dairy cattle. In order to validate and promote enzyme products, the experiment dealed the wheat straw with different combinations of enzymes, determinating dry matter degradation rate. Group H was well. We filtered out the best enzyme combinations and application in the lactating cow. The results showed that, compared with control group, non fat milk solids in cow milk content increased significant difference(P<0.05) in experiment 2 group and 3 group with compound enzyme preparation, no significant differences between groups. The compound enzyme preparation on the digestibility of dry matter and neutral detergent fiber digestion rate are improved. Finally draw the conclusion: forage composite enzyme preparation, appropriate adding amount was 0.2%.
