复合酶制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能和营养物质消化的影响

摘  要:
试验旨在探讨复合酶制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能和营养物质消化的影响。选择健康的28日龄"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪200头,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头仔猪,预试期7 d,正试期35 d。I组为对照组,饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮;Ⅱ组为低能组,III组为低能低磷组,Ⅱ组和III组饲喂玉米-豆粕-小麦型日粮;Ⅳ组为复合酶制剂组,在III组的基础上添加500 g/t复合酶制剂。结果表明,日粮中添加500 g/t复合酶制剂显著提高了钙、磷和总能的表观消化率(P<0.05),极显著降低了腹泻率和腹泻指数(P<0.01),但对断奶仔猪日增质量、平均日采食量和饲料转化效率无显著影响(P>0.05)。低能低磷日粮中添加复合酶制剂,可提高营养物质的消化率,降低腹泻的发生几率。

摘  要:
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of complex enzyme on growth performance and nutrients digestibility in weaned piglets.Two hundreds crossbred(Duroc × Youkshire × Landrace)weaned pigs of 28-day old were randomly allotted to 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 10 piglets per replicate.Four diets were used in this experiment: groupⅠcorn-soybean meal diet as positive control diet,groupⅡ corn-soybean meal-wheat diet as negative control diet,group Ⅲ low-energy and low-phosphorus diet,and group Ⅳ diet with complex-enzyme 500 g/t based on groupⅢ.The results showed as follow: supplementation of complex enzyme to group Ⅲ,the diarrhea index and diarrhea rate were significantly decreased(P<0.01)and digestibility of GE,Ca and P in diet were significantly increased(P<0.05),no significant difference in ADG,ADFI and F/G were detected(P>0.05).The results suggested that supplementation of complex enzyme to low-energy and low-phosphorus diet improves digestibility of nutrients and decreases diarrhea in piglets.
