甲醛改性茶叶渣对废水中Cr~(6+)的吸附研究

摘  要:
采用甲醛改性茶叶渣制成吸附剂,研究其对废水中Cr~(6+)的吸附性能。考察了Cr~(6+)初始浓度、溶液p H值、吸附剂用量、吸附时间和吸附温度等5个因素对吸附率的影响,并分析了改性茶叶渣吸附Cr~(6+)的吸附动力学特征。结果表明:Cr~(6+)初始浓度为60 mg/L、溶液pH为2、吸附剂用量为0.6 g、吸附时间为60 min、吸附温度为25℃时,改性茶叶渣对Cr~(6+)的吸附率可达94.0%。吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,其相关系数达到0.9956,以化学吸附为主。

摘  要:
A new type of adsorbent was prepared using tealeaf residue modified by formaldehyde to study its adsorption performance for Cr~(6+) in waste water. The main influence factors on the adsorption capacity for Cr~(6+) were investigated including pH value, reaction time, initial concentration, dosage of tea and adsorptive temperature. The optimum conditions were obtained with initial concentration of Cr~(6+) at 60 mg/L, the amount of adsorbent at 0.6 g, pH value of 2, adsorptive time at 60 mins and temperature at 25 ℃. Under these conditions, the removal rate of Cr~(6+) is 94.0%. Kinetics was evaluated utilizing the pseudo-first-order reaction and pseudo-second-order reaction models, the results showed that the adsorption kinetics followed the mechanism of the pseudo-second-order reaction equation, correlation coefficient reach 0.9956, mainly chemical adsorption.
