摘  要:
以常温 (2 0℃ )贮藏和冷藏 (0℃ )为对照 ,研究了韭薹MA贮藏 (自发气调贮藏 )效果 ,结果表明 ,0℃韭薹MA贮藏 ,聚乙烯塑料薄膜袋内CO2 浓度上升至 1 3%时进行通风 ,韭薹可贮藏 1 0 0d ,好薹率达95 3% ,Vc含量和叶绿素含量可维持较高水平

摘  要:
and 0℃ modified atmosphere (MA) storage of chinese chive scape were carried out.The result showed that the scape in sealed polyethylene plastic bag which ventilated when CO 2 density reached 13% could store for 100 days with 95 3% good scape whereas Vc content and chlorophyll content of the scape could maintain higher level under 0℃ MA storage
