摘  要:
本文以3种不同长度、不同生长状态的省沽油嫩梢和花蕾制成的干菜为研究对象,分析其主要营养成分含量。结果表明:从口感、营养品质以及产量方面综合来看,5~7 cm长度省沽油是最佳的采摘状态。

摘  要:
In this paper, Staphylea bumalda tender stems(with or without flower buds) in 3 lengths and 3 development periods were the study objects and an analysis was made on their main nutrient contents. The results showed that, from the overall consideration of taste, nutrient quality and yield, 5~7 cm-long tender stems were the best for harvest.
