全自动凯氏定氮仪测定土壤全氮含量方法的优化探索

摘  要:
本文通过优化催化剂(硫酸钾与五水硫酸铜)比例、升温程序等条件,建立了一种全自动凯氏定氮仪测定土壤中全氮含量的分析方法。该方法硫酸钾与五水硫酸铜质量比为9:1,升温程序为升温至220℃保持20 min后再升温至400℃。方法检出限低至20μg/g,相对标准偏差小于2.8%,相对误差小于1.1%,测定结果与传统方法无显著性差异。并对该方法的反应过程提出以下观点:在消化过程中,浓硫酸中加入硫酸钾与五水硫酸铜,溶液依数性增加,进而增高浓硫酸沸点,加速有机氮分解,提高消化效率。该方法简单快捷、准确度高、精密度好,适用于土壤中全氮的批量测定。

摘  要:
In this paper, by optimizing the ratio of catalyst(potassium sulfate to copper sulfate pentahydrate), heating program and other conditions, a fully automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen determination instrument was established to determine the total nitrogen content in soil.the mass ratio of potassium sulfate to copper sulfate pentahydrate was 9:1, and the heating procedure was to increase the temperature to 220 ℃ for 20 min and then to 400 ℃. The detection limit was as low as 20 g/g, the relative standard deviation was less than 2.8%, and the relative error was less than 1.1%. There was no significant difference between the results and the traditional methods. The following points of view are put forward for the reaction process of this method. In the process of digestion, potassium sulfate and copper sulfate pentahydrate were added to the concentrated sulfuric acid to increase the boiling point of concentrated sulfuric acid, accelerate the decomposition of organic nitrogen and improve the digestion efficiency. The method is simple, quick, accurate and precise, and is suitable for the batch determination of totalnitrogen in soil.
