饲料中添加核苷酸对草鱼生长性能、体成分及血清生化指标的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究饲料中添加核苷酸对草鱼生长性能、体成分及血清生化指标的影响。选取初始体重为(10.79±0.25) g的健康草鱼720尾,随机分为6个组,每组4个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。各组分别饲喂在基础饲料中添加0 (对照)、0. 015%、0. 030%、0. 060%、0. 120%和0.180%核苷酸的饲料。试验期60 d。结果表明:1)饲料中添加核苷酸对草鱼的增重率、特定生长率、饲料系数以及体成分均无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲料中添加核苷酸显著降低了草鱼血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P <0. 05),显著增加了草鱼血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、溶菌酶(LSZ)活性及补体3(C3)含量(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲料中添加核苷酸对草鱼生长性能和体成分无显著影响,可提高草鱼的抗氧化能力和非特异性免疫能力。通过回归分析得出,当饲料核苷酸添加水平在0.082%~0.150%时,草鱼的抗氧化能力和非特异性免疫能力较佳。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary nucleotides on growth performance,body composition and serum biochemical parameters of grass carp( Ctenopharyngodon idellus). A total of 720 healthy grass carp with initial body weight of( 10. 79 ± 0. 25) g were randomly divided into 6 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 30 fish in each replicate. Fish in each group were the basal diet supplemented with 0( control),0.015%,0.030%,0.060%,0.120% and 0.180% nucleotides,respectively. The experiment lasted for 60 days. The results showed as follows: 1) dietary nucleotides had no significant effects on weight gain rate,specific growth rate,feed conversion ratio and body composition of grass carp( P>0.05). 2)Compared with the control group, dietary nucleotides significantly decreased the serum malondialdehyde( MDA) content of grass carp( P < 0. 05),and significantly increased the total superoxide dismutase( TSOD),catalase( CAT),lysozyme( LSZ) activities and complement 3( C3) content in serum of grass carp( P<0.05). These results indicate that dietary nucleotides have no significant effects on growth performance and body composition of grass carp,and can improve the antioxidant capacity and non-specific immunity capacity of grass carp. According to the regression analysis,when dietary nucleotides supplemental level is 0.082% to0. 150%,the antioxidant capacity and non-specific immunity capacity of grass carp are better.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2019,31( 6) : 2745-2751]
