石英晶体微天平对CP4-EPSPs草甘膦抗性蛋白检测研究

摘  要:
为建立5-烯醇式丙酮酸-3-磷酸合酶(CP4-EPSPs)蛋白的石英晶体微天平(QCM)传感检测方法,采用在金片表面修饰抗原所对应的单克隆抗体的方法,利用QCM技术,对CP4-EPSPs蛋白进行检测研究。结果表明:该方法灵敏度达到500ng·mL-1,特异性好,重复性高,检测转基因玉米含量检出限为0.1%。该方法不足之处在于检测仪器不方便携带,在未来研究中考虑研发便携式QCM检测装置。

摘  要:
In order to establish a detection method of CP4-EPSPs protein by quartz crystal micro balances(QCM) sensor, QCM technology and the principle of the interaction between the antigen and antibody were used. Specific monoclonal antibody was modified on the gold surface for the CP4-EPSPs protein detection research. High sensitivity of 500ng·mL-1, good specificity and sufficient were found in this method. The limit of the genetically modified actual samples detection was 0.1%.The deficiency of this method is not convenieut to carry, a portanble QCM could be developel in the future research.
