人参茎叶和投料参对吉林芦花鸡生产性能的影响

摘  要:
为充分利用人参加工副产物,开发高档人参保健型肉鸡产品,试验选择864只1日龄健康的吉林芦花鸡公鸡(40.88±2.43)g,随机分为9个处理组,每个处理组96只,设为对照组、人参茎叶处理组(0.6%、1.2%、1.8%和2.4%组)和投料参(人参根切片后剩余的芦头和根须)处理组(0.2%、0.4%、0.6%和0.8%组),试验期18周,观察人参茎叶和投料参对芦花鸡生产性能的影响。结果表明:2.4%和1.8%的人参茎叶可以提高芦花鸡0~4周龄和5~10周龄平均日增重,0.2%~0.8%和0.4%~0.8%投料参可以提高0~4周龄和5~10周龄平均日增重,投料参增重效果优于人参茎叶;二者均可降低芦花鸡死亡率,其中1.8%人参茎叶和0.4%投料参处理组死亡率最低;综合人参茎叶和投料参对芦花鸡生产性能的影响,二者在日粮中适宜添加水平分别为1.8%~2.4%和0.4%~0.6%。

摘  要:
For developing high-end health ginseng chicken meat by utilizing ginseng processing by-products efficiently,864 1-day-age healthy Jilin Luhua rocks(40.88±2.43) g were chosen and divided into 9 treatments randomly and 96 chicken in each treatment. These treatments were divided into control group, ginseng stem and leaf additives group(0.6%, 1.2%, 1.8% and 2.4% groups) and ginseng by-products additives group(residual part of stem and root hair after ginseng root chip processing for 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6% and 0.8% groups), the experiment lasted for 18 weeks, the effects of ginseng stem and leaf and ginseng by-products on production performance of chicken were observed. The results showed that 2.4% and 1.8% ginseng stem and leaf could improve average daily gain at age of 0 to 4 weeks and 5 to 10 weeks, 0.2% to 0.8% and 0.4% to 0.8% ginseng by-products could improve average daily gain at age of 0 to 4 weeks and 5 to 10 weeks, and the weight improving effects of ginseng by-products was better than that of ginseng stem and leaf.The two additives decreased death rate, in which, the death rates of 1.8% ginseng stem and leaf and 0.4% ginseng by-products were the lowest.Summarized the influence of two additives on the performance of Luhua chicken, the suitable additive levels of ginseng stem and leaf and ginseng by-products were 1.8% to 2.4% and 0.4% to 0.6%, respectively.
